Laziness has taken over me ever since I have been married for the last one year. Everyday I promise myself I will hit the gym,to the swimming pool and everyday I find one stupid reason not to go there. My new job posting in Jakarta has made me into a new level of a lethargic because here everything is served for me on a platter. I am driven around like a royalty,my clothes and house are cleaned by the serviced apartment basically I dont have to lift a finger for anything.
Now enough is enough ! I cant abuse my body anymore. A body who has genetic traits of heart,daibetic and hypertension history cant be left on it's own. I have to take charge and the first step I took yesterday to go to the gym and worked my sleeping muscles for the last many years. It felt nice and I am looking forward to do it agaain today.
From now on I will document my exercise regime everyday and I will get my body from my own fat...... back and thats a promise which I have made to myself.
